| Description | This presentation deals with the most important changes of legal regulation of the exceptional punishment in the proces of criminal law reform whicg consists of two phases. The first one in the phase of amendements, the second the phase of recodification. The author maps and analyses the most important amendemnets of teh Criminal Code and Code of Criminal Procedure relating to the xeceptional punishment and delas also with teh bill ot the new Criminal Code. She gives some recommendation to this bill as to the future form of the exceptional punishment. |
