Description The article analyses the regulation of advantages offered to suppliers employing persons with disabilities when awarding public contracts. The present legal regulation provides for two forms of advantages. The first one gives a contracting entity the possibility to stipulate in the notice or invitation to commence award procedure that award procedure may only be participated in by suppliers operating the sheltered workshop or involving in employing programme under which such suppliers employ more than 50 % of persons with disabilities. The second one is applied at the stage of offers evaluating. The tender price offered by supplier employing more than 25 employees, out of whom more than 50 % are persons with disabilities, shall be evaluated as the lowest one if it does not exceed the lowest tender price submitted by the other suppliers by up to 15 %.
