Description The pathofyziology of CVI remained relatively obscure until recently, but recent advances relating hemodynamics disorders to cell biology have shed light on how its interlink. Recent findings suggest that inflamation proces plays an imprtant role in the etiopathogenesis in CVI. Inflamation is not only the end point of venous hypertension, but may also be the starting point, that produce primary valve inkompetence.
