Description Venous hypertension in conjunction with valvular inkompetence and reflux is the central factor accounting for signs and symptom sof chronic venous insufficiency. In the pathogenese CVI plays an important role inflamation process. The inflamatory processes are involved in the structural remodeling in venous valves and in the vein wall, leading to valvular inkompetence and the development of varicose vein. The transmission of high pressures to the dermal microcircular results in the stimulation onf an inflammatory process in the interstitium and leads to manifestation of varoius signs and symptoms CVI.
