Description Crisis management on all levels is legally bound to deal with crisis situations caused by emergency situations (natural disasters, traffic accidents, industrial accidents, etc.). The Integrated Rescue System is used for this. In the Czech Republic, the Integrated Rescue System consists of three basic components: Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, Police of the Czech Republic, and Emergency Medical Service. Information about crisis situations (emergency calls) is received by control room usually on emergency telephone number 112. The operators have to localize the position of emergency situation and select a suitable solution. For this, they use a system of (geo)information necessary for static or dynamic geovisualization of the emergency situation location, access routes, and many other types of information necessary for quick and effective solution of crisis situation. The paper deals with current state of geovisualization of spatial information in regional operation and information centres.
