Description The paper presents the results of the research into organizational culture. Respondents of the research were representatives of top and middle management working in 54 Czech manufacturing companies. Two methods of data collecting have been used: Questionnaire of organizational values and Organizational Character Index developed by W. Bridges. The contribution analyses the link between results received using mentioned methods.
