• Description: 12 weeks of combined exercise training in patients with chronic ischemic heart disease and Body mass index < 30 led to the increase of their work performance and transport system capacity. We did not observed this increase in patients with chronic ischemic heart disease and Body mass index > 30. Improvement of subjectively perceived quality of life was present in all groups of patients.
