| Description | This contribution analysis selective the main problem - the relations between the concept of the crime and process-principle of the system-, absolute opportunity. Text follows the situation in the Czech Republic (de lege ferenda), in the Slowak Republic (de lege lata) and from the European criminal law point of view (de lege ferenda). It pays attention to consquences of this relation for legality of criminal law, from the fundamentals of criminal responsibility point of view.It contents some recomendations to the solution of these problems. |
