| Description | The New Building Code No. 183/2006 Sb. encompasses provisions that have a close relation to the contaminated land environmental clean-up process. The aim of this contribution is to determine regulatory instruments that could be used to solve the problem of ecological contamination of the land in the regime of the Building Code. The contribution is also focused on the consequences of this legal regulation to the real-estate ownership rights. |
