| Description | The aim of the article is to remind duties of owners and other taxpayers concerning real estate tax. The duties can be founf in real estate tax act (act no. 338/19992 Sb., as amended) and tax administration act (act no. 337/1992 Sb., as amended). Article deals with selected norms in real estate tax act coming into force for the first time in tax period 2009. There is an exapmle of real estate tax return, too. |
