In each age group crural ulcer cause specific medical, economical, social and psychlogical problems. These are the reasons for increae atention of medical Professional paid to crural ulcer. The autor describes in the artikle the treatment of crural ulcers including factors that influence healing in chronic wounds. Further on etiology and local therapy is discussed. it emphasizes that local therapy is part of komplex approach to patiens with crural ulcers. |
