| Description | Development of the housing is influenced by the current situation of the housing stock, actual housing policy (at the state or regional level) and by other factors as GDP growth, rate of employment or wages. The main goal of our paper is to compare size and development of the housing sector and identify parallel and differences of two selected European countries – Czech Republic and Ukraine. Special attention is paid to characteristics of the housing stock, housing policy and housing support measures in detail. |
