Description Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (WAS) is a rare X-linked disorder characterized by small size platelet thrombocytopenia, immunodeficiency and eczema. The disease is caused by the WASP gene mutations. Case reports of six WAS patients treated with stem cells transplantation are presented.
