Description Contribution focuses on the determination of international jurisdiction by Council Regulation No 1346/2000. International jurisdiction is determinate by defferent criterions. These criterions are centre of main interests of debtor and establishment. These terms are autonomous concept. AS such, their meaning is uniform and independent of the national laws of Member States, the latter may not modify that meaning.
