Description The goal of the contributions is statistical description of incidence, mortality and prevalence trends by solid cancer sites from database of Czech Cancer Registry during the period 1989-2004. Analysis by sex, age, geographical distribution in 14 regions and some clinical criteria is completed by the time and space modelling in view of expected trends till 2008 as the preview of healthcare volume in oncology. From the presented data and almost 434 thousand treated cancers, with more expensive therapy, follows the importance of preventive anticancer measures.
