| Description | The article examines the impact of legal regulations on services’ intervention with families on vari-ous stages. Three stages are identified: preventive intervention, crisis intervention and aftercare in-tervention, and continuity between these stages is defined as the integrate criterion of services’ ac-tivity efficiency. The criteria of services’ activity legal regulations are done through the comparison of contemporary legislation of Russian Federation and Czech Republic. The value of consistency between different stages of treatment with parents and children is justified by the analysis of the sta-tistic data of both countries. |
