| Description | Development of segments of rural areas is influenced by many participants on different hierarchical levels. National and regional level set the main frame of rural development; concrete activities are matter of participants on local level. Aim of this paper is to introduce segments of rural areas which could be influenced by local participants and demonstrate their mutual connections from the view of the development ways. |
