| Description | Approaches based upon social prescriptions evaluation are discussed in context of negative impact of social oppression on career development. The history of constructivist approach towards vocational counselling is explored, and two main versions of this approach, narrative and contextual, are compared on criteria of client participation in counselling process, attitudes towards other approaches, indicators of counselling process efficiency. Some particular methods of these approaches are described in fine of the article. |
