| Description | This monograph consists of 7 chapters which describe rough frame the legalhistorical development of Czechoslovakia between 1918 to 1992. The first part presents the idea of formation Czechoslovakia and the second part deals with first Czechoslovakian republic itself. The third chapter shows the situation of so called second republic. The following chapter represents Protectorate and the fifth part Slovak state. Next one is postwar legal development. The seventh chapter summarize development related to constitutional law of Czechoslovakia until its splitting up in 1992. |
