| Description | In order of Asparagales occurred some changes during the evolution. The Arabidopsis-type and human.type telomeres were absent in Allium clade. For identification and localization telomeric sequence in Allium, was used model organism Ipheion uniflorum. Its sequence motifs could give the form to unknown motif. |
