| Description | The dysfunction of the gastrointestinal Tract (GIT), including the hepatobiliary system, are usual by patients critically ill, especially by the people with the multiorgan failure. From the point of pathofysiology it is the consequence of many factors. The dysfunction of GIT organs can be in the direct connection with the cause disease, which accents the present multimorbidity in old and so opens the vicious circle of the causes and consequences. On the beginning and progress of the critical states of GIT can participate : worse mobility, loneliness, bad diet, insuffucient hydration, mental deterioration, sight and hearing disorders. |
