Description The beginning of the nineteenth century, i.e. the so called Age of Metternich, is, from the perspective of establishing modern Czech or to be more precise Czech Austrian legal environment of very significant importance, even though the key stage of forming modern administrative and judicial system, i.e. the Age of Joseph II, had passed a long time ago. Thus during the Age Metternich no crucial changes that would significantly influence fate of public administration and the system of judiciary took place. This period should rather be understood as preservation in the prior changes.
