Description Criminal liability of legal persons originates from common law systems. These countries do not have the same approach and unified odel of collective liability. Under consideration are different forms of objective or specific most important forms of criminal liability of legal persons are the doctrines of strict liability and the vicarious liability, the identification theory - alter ego, the doctrine aggregation and modern holistic theories. Contemporary evolutional trends are usually combination of these theories and approaches. The theories and approaches are influence by level so-called corporation culture namely all indicators behaviour of legal entity via responsible officials or different bodies inside and outside.
