Description Climbing itself is an activity being performed mainly in nature. Regarding the Czech conditions, preponderance of convenient places for climbing activities can be found in specially protected areas. The basic legal regulation governing the performance of climbing is the Act on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape. The purpose of legal regulation is not the prohibition of climbing but the determination of such extent of regulation which ensure the protection of natural riches in compliance with sustainable development
