| Description | The article focuses on administrative bodies as subjects of administrative proceedings, and their regulation under the general legal regulation of the administrative proceedings. It introduces not only the legal regulation of administrative bodies as subjects of administrative proceedings under the (new) Czech Code of Administrative Procedure 2004 (jurisdiction of administrative bodies, conflicts of competence, changes of jurisdiction of jurisdiction, plea of the prejudice), but also shows some aspects of this area which should, according to the author, be very precisely considered at preparation of the new Slovak Code of Administrative Procedure (modification of jurisdiction by public contracts, institute of remonstrance, anticorruption activities and manipulation of jurisdiction within the framework of jurisdiction changes in separate administrative proceedings, biases of relevant state officials in miscellaneous/joint system of territorial public administration). |
