| Description | The paper introduces general knowledge of the problems of sharing in a work team. Sharing is considered as the top form of cooperation and providing care to a client. The practical part provides information about the first results achieved in the GA CR project Sharing and Development of Social Knowledge of Workers of Helping Professions in the Process of Senior Care realised at the Faculty of Humanities of Tomas Bata University in Zlin, in cooperation with Tomas Bata Regional Hospital, a.s. in Zlin. The project processing is based on qualitative research in a social-medical team utilising semi-structured dialogues, observation, guidance and analysis of the team members diaries. |
