| Description | The Commission on the 17th of July 2006 submitted the Green paper on conflict of law in maters concerning matrimonial property regimes. There were appeared several ways of unification in Green paper. The trend of development is focused on spread of autonomy of will. Matrimonial property regime influences not only relations between souses but also the legal position of third parties. Therefore, it is useful to review if the choice of law in this department is good, or not. |
