• Description: Subcellular localization of nestin was studied in 13 cell lines derived from solid tumors of neurogenic origin (6 of them from glioblastomas, 2 of them from medulloblastomas, 5 of them from neuroblastomas). Nestin expression was confirmed in all examined cell lines, its localization in cell nuclei was proved in 3 cell lines (GM7, NBL-06, and NBL-19).
