Description The chapter describes differences between counselling and psychotherapy. Author encourages the idea that both profession belong to continuum. The further key question is the theme who may be called as psychotherapist in various european countries. The situation in seven countries is described: Germany, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland and United Kingdom. At the end of the chapter was included an overview of origin education of the British psychotherapits in 1990s - members of the UKCP.
