| Description | The paper can only suggest rather than actually address the issue of personal subjective elements in the official sources of land law of early modern Moravia. It turns out that even in those types of sources are hiding personal experiences, attitudes, opinions, political and private interests of authors and persons connected with the emergence of such sources directly and indirectly. It is also possible sources of early modern land rights in line with the authors consider programmatic and methodological treatises "new French history" considered as historical documents reflecting the contemporary mentality, and in conformity with the authors of the studies and discussions, for example, subsequently published by the journal Annales these documents may be undergoing not only legally formal and historical study, but can be used for their study and methods of historical anthropology. |
