| Description | This paper is focused on a scope of a promotion of heating and cooling from renewable sources by means of administrative procedures. The aim of the paper is an assessment of requirements of European Parliament and Council Directive 2009/28/EC on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources for administrative procedures in context of current Czech legal regulations and principles of administrative procedures and their review in addition to their comparison. Conclusions point up questions at issue sequent upon interpretation of regulations. |
