| Description | This publication is the anthology of contributions from a professional workshop with international participation entitled “The financial and environmental aspects of crisis situations” organized by the Czech Ministry of Finance in collaboration with the Masaryk University Faculty of Economics and Administration. Papers are divided into three main parts: a plenary session called “Financial aspects of crisis situations”, a first section “Current issues of waste management and their economic and security context”, and a second section: “Security and economic contexts of selected infrastructure systems“. The aim of the workshop was to present both the global trends and international experience with financing crisis situations and also to evaluate the possibility of organizing a conference discussing the subject in a more complex and in-depth way in 2010 (2011) with the aim of pushing the subject onto a permanent international platform. |
