| Description | Capital market law is one of the most dynamic areas of law at all. At the beginning of the 90s of the 20th century the regulation on capital market was not taken too seriously, as we can see the lack of regulation of coupon privatization. Later, the legislature decided that it is necessary to improve legal relations related to the capital market. Legal regulation of capital market law in the Czech Republic is also heavily influenced by European Union law. Presented textbook tends to focus primarily on public law regulation of the capital market, which should primarily protect the interests of the state on the stability of capital market and thus the economy, and secondarily consumers interests. We assume that readers should be particularly students of legal and economic faculties. Also we believe that interesting information can be found by professional public. |
