Description In this paper we focus on the manifestation of insecurity to gain eligible employment by the different groups of unemployed. We use the living condition perspective of tens random chosen unemployed enrolled at employment offices in the three distinct regions in the Czech Republic. Subsequently we are interested in how employment offices react on this insecurity. Executed in-depth interviews with 62 unemployed shows there are groups of them with low or high risk of continuance in unemployment in all three regions. Both from the relation officer-unemployed point of view and the type of supposed services (job matching or counselling services) appears we can specify monitored employment offices as using either bureaucratic, or professional or bureau-professional access to the unemployed.
