| Description | In the Czech Republic we have been witnessing more and more often with extraordinary events like floods. Floods are a phenomenon that we could not fully prevent. Their random appearance and variable extent has negative impacts on the relevant risks perception. This paper deals with standardization of anti-flood measurements as a specific instrument of public policy in the crisis management area (public finance) that should be used for increasing of effective allocation of financial resources on their realization. |
