| Description | The volume Spontaneous Art brings to publication the research into spontaneous artistic expression which has been ongoing at the Department of Art Education since 2008. It includes contributions from authors examining unskilled artistic expression, from renowned academics and from representatives of galleries which collect art brut (e.g. Dr. Johann Feilacher - director of the Gugging artistic centre, Austria). The book equally includes student reflections upon their experiences of internships undertaken at the Institute for clients requiring special health care at Střelice. The Principal Investigator Hana Babyrádová picks up on the previous research activities of the Department and on her own publications, above all the long-term co-operation with Professor Max Kläger (Heidelberg) and another grant-funded project. |
