Description The existence of circadian rhythms has long been known for many biological processes such as hormone secretion or activity of the autonomic nervous system. Permanently increasing the number of evidence of the existence of circadian rhythm in cardiovascular events, especially myocardial infarction, sudden cardiac death and also for stroke. Although the pathophysiology and mechanism of these variations constantly being researched are not yet sufficiently known. Heart rate, blood pressure and some neurohumoral vasoactive factors such as norepinephrine and renin show a rise in the morning.
