| Description | We prezent a case of 31-year - old female patient hospitalized at our cloníc for toxoallergic exanthema presumably of drug-induced etiology. Additionally, the patient found to have genital erosion and her blood count whowed anaemia and leukopenia. Repeated dark-field ex aminations and serological response to syphilis were negative; however, a positive anti-HIV 1 reaction was observed. Subsequently pneumocystosis and cytomegalovirus pneumonia developed. |
