Description Penis carcinoma is a very rare urological malignancy. Therapeutic approach includes several therapeutic strategies. The involvement of regional lymphatic nodes and its extent represent the most important prognostic factors for the lenght of survival in patients with spinocellular carcinoma. The biological development of spinocellular carcinoma and the involvement of locoregional lymphatic nodes long precede the development of distant metastases. In patients with invasion into lymphatic nodes lymphadenectomy has curative effect.
