Description The authors report on indications, technique and results of operations amniotic membrane transplantation. Objective.: To evaluate the results of amniotic membrane transplantation in different therapeutic groups of patients. Methods: The sample consisted of 48 eyes of 43 patients of average age 62 years (SD 22). The follow up period 3-36 months.
