Description In this paper, subjective wellbeing (i. e. subjective happiness and subjective health status) measured by sociological European Values Study survey is associated with indicators of fertility and life expectancy. The analysis concerns not only the Czech Republic but is done also in European context and comparison. It is shown that association between individual micro data and macrostructural indicators is relatively high. Fertility correlates with happiness, life expectance correlates with subjective health. Moreover, both of these well-being feelings (health and happiness) are influenced by country economic performance (GDP per capita).
