| Description | The article deals with the fundamentals differences between specialist statement and experts opinion. It points to when during pre-trial proceedings experts opinion should be done and when is sufficient only specialist knowledge and what criteria has to be respected during it. The unreasonable involving of experts in criminal proceeding and what influence the quality of experts opinion is mentioned too. In relation with it in the end of article the current legal regulation is complied with critical approach of author and some its changes are mentioned. |
