| Description | The aim of the conference Law Against Domestic Violence, held during the Days práva 2010, was to discuss this problematics within the legal order. The conference was focused on legal protection against domestic violence in the light of its European human rights dimension with special focus on children's rights in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. Individual conference papers were sorted by degree of generality (genesis of the law against domestic violence; socio-legal protection of children; recodification of current issues). |
