| Description | Levies on removal of soil from agricultural soil fund are one of the main economical instrument of quantitative soil protection in the Czech Republic. In the paper there are discussed the imperfections of contemporary legal regulation of levies and possible shifts emerging from proposed amendment of the Act on Agricultural Soil Fund Protection. |
