| Description | The article deals with lessee protection in the Czech Law. It reflects the current legislation and case law in the Czech republic. Particularly there are discussed these institutes of the czech law which serve to protect the lessee, f.a. reasons of the termination of the flat lease and restriction of the rent. The article appreciates the specialities of Czech law and the new regulation in the Draft of the Civil Code. |
