| Description | The first Czech monograph of the Bohemian-German painter Gabriel von Max is divided in three main parts: Life, Oeuvre and Echoes of the Oeuvre. A documentation part with a selective conscription of the Oeuvre is coming after. Beside the both (above mentioned) main authors, the following authors of specialized chapters participated on the book: Josef Vojvodík, Roman Prahl, Karin Althaus, Susanne Weber, Wilfried Rosendahl, Gaëlle Rosendahl and Marion Jourdan. The translations of texts by Gabriel von Max supplemented by transcriptions of his manuscripts are also published. |
