Based on analogy with other cases desided by the Constitutional Court is author believing that some of these resolutions are to be considered as findings. It is therefore a generally binding as in Article 89, paragraph 2 of the Constitution and § 23 of the Act 182/1993 Coll. shall also apply in this cases (i.e. if the Court wants to depart from them, it should be done through opinion of Plenum).
