| Description | Centre of Scientific Information at Faculty of Economics and Administration, Masaryk University in Brno (SVI ESF MU) has been running master and bachelor theses in an electronic form since the beginning of 2003. This paper presents the actual state and the advantages of the database. All steps significant for a successful project launch are covered as well. Ergo a legislative procedure, a collection of student theses, a conversion of theses to a presentational format and a technical report of database functioning are described in details. One part of the article deals with the significant modifications of the database which were already done and which are prepared too – as a project of the older works digitalization by scanning from papers. |
