| Description | Result: conjugate of DNA with PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon) molecules. Preparation of DNA adducts with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons include the use of activated metabolites, however, these were prepared by synthetic means. These metabolites react under physiological conditions either with nucleotides or with long chain DNA. Verification of quality: PAGE electrophoresis, reverse phase HPLC. The product was made after testing. The result was a one of project NPVII 2B06056 aims. |
