| Description | The issue of excessive punishment of children, cruelty, abuse or neglect or domestic violence of children (both direct and indirect victims), is very topical. Unfortunately, the Czech law does not regulate comprehensively this matter. The author notes that especially the lack of explicit treatment solutions of precarious position of minors in connection with preliminary measures it is alarming. |
